Core & slice the apples in half, then into 1/8 inch wedges.
In a medium bowl, mix the sliced apples with the honey, sugar, & cinnamon.
On a lightly buttered cookie sheet, lay out the pie crust. Arrange the apples in a circular pattern starting in the middle of the crust working your way out, leaving about 2 inches of crust uncovered.
Fold the outer crust in, on top of the apples and dot with the butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
