Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup avocado oil or any mild oil
Servings: fluid ounces
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth. If pasty rather than saucy, drizzle in more oil until smooth.
