Fall Aperol Spritz
So much to be Thankful for this year! This Fall Aperol Spritz is inspired by two friends I’m thankful I get to work with everyday, Doug & Nancy! Aperol Spritz is the drink of summertime but the party doesn’t have to end come fall. Local hard apple cider replaces sparkling wine to make a delicious drink that pairs SO WELL with rich Thanksgiving food.
I picked up a Raspberry Apple Cider from Stem Ciders in Denver which went really well with the Aperol. The perfect ratio was 2 oz Aperol to 6 oz of the cider. Garnish with cranberries and an apple slice to be extra festive.
Instructions
- Place ice in an old fashion glass or tall balloon wine glass.
- Add the Aperol over the ice then add the cider.
- Garnish with an apple slice and cranberries.
