Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
These roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon are my weeknight side dish go to. They’re simple, quick and delicious!
To start, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Trim the stems off of the sprouts, half lengthwise, & place on a sheet pan. Slice your bacon into cubes. PRO TIP: use kitchen shears instead of a knife & cutting board! Bacon confetti. Sprinkle the bacon and Brussels with salt & pepper and toss.
Bake for 15 minutes then toss the mixture & bake for another 10 or so minutes.
